Xtreem Esteem Coaching Programs & Workshop

                                                                     Terms and Conditions

1.      Registration and Attendance: 1.1. By registering for the Xtreem Esteem Packages or Workshops, you agree to attend the workshop or programs on the specified date(s) and time(s) as communicated by the organizer. 1.2. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are subject to availability. 1.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations in their sole discretion.

2.      Workshop Content: 2.1. The Programs and Workshops aims to provide participants with information, tools, strategies, and guidance to help them achieve their goals. However, the organizer does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. 2.2. The content provided during the workshop is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice or counselling. If you require intensive Mental Health support, then you are advised to seek the services of a Mental Health Professional such as a psychiatrist or psychologist.

3.     Payment and Refunds: 3.1. Full payment is required at the time of registration for the Xtreem Esteem Coaching Programs or Workshops (unless a two payment plan is chosen when available). 3.2. Refunds will not be provided as the results of the workshop are dependent on each participant's personal commitment and willingness to follow instructions. 3.3. By registering, you acknowledge that specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed and are determined by your own efforts. 3.4. Please note that once payment is made, it is non-refundable. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we value your commitment to the Coaching package or Workshop. If you are unable to attend a session due to an unforeseen emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you by offering an alternative session on another day, ensuring you receive the full value of the workshop. Your success and progress are important to us, and we are here to support you in every way we can. 3.5. The pricing of the Xtreem Esteem Coaching and Mentoring services are subject to change without prior notice.

4.      Workshop Participant Conduct: 4.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the workshop. Any disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior towards fellow participants, workshop facilitator may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund. 4.2. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and should not engage in any activities that could cause harm to themselves or others during the workshop.

5.      Intellectual Property: 5.1. All workshop materials, including presentations, handouts, and resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any workshop materials without the prior written consent of the organizer.

6.      Disclaimer of Liability: 6.1. The organizer and workshop facilitators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from participation in the coaching sessions or Workshops. 6.2. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes because of attending the workshop.

7.      Changes and Cancellations by us: 7.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified, and a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at the discretion of the organizer.

8.     Cancellation by the Organization. If the organization needs to cancel the workshop, the following terms will apply: 8.1. Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Workshop. If the organization cancels the workshop more than 14 days before the scheduled date, they will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of USD$150. This fee covers the time spent on scheduling, communication, and any initial preparation efforts. 8.2. Cancellation 7 to 13 Days Before the Workshop:  If the organization cancels the workshop 7 to 13 days before the scheduled date, they will receive a 50% refund of the total workshop fee. 8.3. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop:  If the organization cancels the workshop less than 7 days before the scheduled date, no refund will be issued, as the workshop slot has already been reserved, and preparation costs have been incurred. 8.4. Rescheduling:  If the organization wishes to reschedule the workshop, this may be possible, subject to availability. If the workshop is rescheduled with at least 10 business days’ notice, no additional fee will be charged. If rescheduling occurs less than 10 business days before the scheduled date, a rebooking fee of USD$150 may apply to cover administrative costs. 

9.   Personal Packages and Young & Assured Masterclasses. If you're not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request a refund on unused remaining weeks. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways). However, there are no refunds on the used coaching and consulting weeks because once time is spent with you, they can't be taken back. I can't guarantee results in the coaching relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work & make the changes. Refunds will incur a USD$150 admin fee. Coaching clients have 3 months from the date of purchase to use the sessions within their purchased packages. 

By registering for and attending the Coaching sessions or workshops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
