Xtreem Esteem Coaching Service Confidentiality Policy
At Xtreem Esteem Coaching and Mentoring, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professional coaching environment for all of our clients. We understand that privacy and confidentiality are essential to building trust and ensuring that your coaching experience is meaningful and effective.
1. Confidentiality in Coaching Sessions: 1.1. All information shared during coaching sessions, whether in-person, online, or via any other medium, is kept confidential. 1.2. We will not share any personal details or discussions with anyone without your explicit consent, except in the rare case where there is a legal obligation to do so (such as a court order or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
2. Confidentiality in Workshops: 2.1. In group workshops, we encourage open discussion and sharing. However, we expect all participants to respect the privacy of others by keeping personal information shared during the workshop confidential. 2.2. Any individual information shared in the group will remain private, and we will not share details from the workshop without prior permission.
3. Exceptions to Confidentiality: While confidentiality is taken very seriously, there are a few legal exceptions: 3.1. If we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others, we may need to break confidentiality to ensure safety. 3.2. If required by law (for example, a subpoena or court order), confidentiality may be broken.
4. Data Protection: Any personal information collected during coaching sessions or workshops will be handled securely and in compliance with Australian privacy laws. Your data will only be used to provide coaching services and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
By engaging in coaching sessions or attending workshops with us, you agree to respect and abide by this confidentiality policy.
